An IDOC profile marked PAROLE with an actual Parole Date and parole district supports prison exit to supervision. An IN CUSTODY profile defeats an inference based on an older parole date. Fully discharged former people may not remain in the public results, so no result is not proof that IDOC never held the person.

Wabash County Jail Scale
The official 2024 IDOC inspection identifies a jail built in 1974 with 20 rated beds, divided into 16 male and four female spaces. Nine people were present on the October 10, 2024 inspection day, and the report states that the jail did not house people for other entities. These figures describe one facility and one inspection day. They are not annual release counts, average stays, or proof of current population.
The report also prevents a common location error. Wabash County Jail is the local Mt. Carmel, Illinois facility. It is not Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Indiana. Confirm the state, agency, and identifier before joining records with similar place names.
